Condi film
machines employ the "overlapping" concept.
A width of film is placed accurately below the continuously
advancing pack then wrapped around it with a final movement
to take it below the pack. Where the film overlaps, an
invisible seal is formed by heat-sealing in the shrink
tunnel, with no mechanical action required. Condi film
wrapping machines are all based on a simple but effective

Bundling machine FR6 aims to carry out bundles having best possible quality. For that, the machine packages the units on upright position whatever the rate. With a use a Polyethylene film Printed and registered correctly positioned, without any apparent welding.
The quality of the retraction is guaranteed by a heating tunnel with higher length, a controlled temperature, and maximum zone of cooling, to perpetuate the aspect of the product |
